Teacher Grants
Sister Farzana Jabeen won the Nabel & Newton Campbell Educator Grant of $1,000 for our school. The grant is to help educators provide resources to their students developing projects to be presented at the Greater Kansas City Science & Engineering Fair.
ICNA Relief EMPOWER Grant Winners 2024!
Ms. Deb plans to use her $2,000 funds for purchasing a portable vocal recording booth, audio equipment, and an online recording and mixing program for classes and for my Podcasting Club.
Sister Amina plans to use her $2,000 funds to purchase additional curriculum -- a set of historical Islamic scientist contributions in the Golden Age of Islam (classroom set). In addition, she requested certain items for her science curriculum. She also requested funding for Quizlet Pro for teachers. Then she requested funding for materials specifically to be used to grow both Science Club and Math Club. Finally, she requested funds for bus transport for Science and Math Club field trip to Union Station.
