NOTE:  Early Enrollment is from April 1-30, 2025.

EARLY ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Early Enrollment is from April 3-30, 2025.

For our 2025-2026 Registration, you will need to come into the office to fill out the enrollment forms or print out the PDF forms, fill them out, scan them, and return them to the office.  Photo copies will not be accepted.  Or you can stop by the office and fill out the paper forms.

Both RETURNING & NEW students must enroll.

Enrollments for new students are on a first-come basis after all paperwork has been completed and supporting documents have been provided.

REMINDER:  All NEW students must bring the following:

  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Immunization Records
  3. Social Security Card
  4. Student's Transcript from their previous school.

ALL PAPERS MUST BE PROVIDED AND ENROLLMENT FEES PAID BEFORE ENROLLMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED.

IF ALL PAPERWORK IS NOT COMPLETED OR ENROLLMENT FEES NOT PAID, THE STUDENT WILL BE PUT ON A WAITING LIST UNTIL SUCH TIME WE RECEIVE THEM.
